We are seeking an exceptional HR Generalist who not only possesses strong analytical and reporting skills but also demonstrates expertise in compensation and benefits management, ready to break the mold.

We need someone who is ready to bring fresh ideas to our HR practices. In this role, you will be at the forefront, managing payment processing, and ensuring seamless data uploading. Your knowledge will play a vital role in supporting ibex.'s goals and helping it thrive and grow.

  • Assist Comp & Ben Management.
  • Facilitate data analysis and reporting.
  • Expedite EOBI & ESSI matters.
  • Assist HRIS audit while maintaining data integrity and alignment across the board.

Job Specification

  • Qualification: Bachelor/MBA in HR with at least 02 years of experience in HR & payroll functions in ERP Systems.
  • Location: Karachi & Lahore
