Greet members and guests in a friendly professional manner- Resolve member complaints in a prompt and amicable manner
- Processing and collecting payments
- Updating member's records and account in the system
- Explaining facility policies and procedures to new and existing members
- Making announcements about policies and events
- Keeping the reception area clean and organized
- Sending daily overall sales report to management
- Ensure updated product knowledge including all the benefits, facilities and services
- Maintain an effective working relationship and knowledge of all departments in the club
- Adhere to all company policies and procedure
