Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, psychology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in the recruitment field, preferably in the education or music industry
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in the UAE
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of recruitment success while managing high volume positions.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while adhering to deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment databases and recruitment tools
  • Ability to analyse key recruitment metrics and prepare recruitment reports as needed.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different cultures and traditions.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.

AED5, AED7,000.00 per month
