Qualifications and experience

Proven food and beverage production & service experience
Working knowledge of Coffee machines & point of sales functions
Polite & Customer-oriented & service-minded
High school or equivalent

The Barista has responsibilities in the following areas:
Customer service & satisfaction
Product quality
Team work & initiative
Greets every customer with a friendly smile and positive attitude Maintain the highest level of standards for all product preparation, presentation & service

Accurately take the orders from customers and process the transactions

Provide excellent customer service

Educate customers on our food and beverage products and is knowledge of coffee in all aspects

Contributes positively for the company profitability
