A Company Dubai-based Interior Design and Turn Key Fit-out solution company is looking for an experienced specialist INTERIOR FIT-OUT/JOINERY Draftsman with the following qualifications.

Preparing Shop Drawings and asbuilt drawings for consultant Approval/Contracting.
Preparing Architectural Drawings mainly
Joinery & Interior fitout, for Authority Approval.
Preparation of concept drawings.
Responsible for making detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for production.
Coordinate with Production Managers, Project Managers and Designers to gather necessary technical design and changes.
Prepare the joinerycutting list for all loose wooden/metal furniture and case goods.
Make detailed shop drawings based on concept drawings for productions.
Prepare, read and interpret drawings and sketches.
Experience in Architectural, Structural, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection, Joinery & HVAC Drawing Production in CAD, 3D Max & Revit.
Take site measurements and accurately calculate the sizes and amount of materials needed.
Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
Communicating with designers and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
A degree or diploma holder.
With at least46 years of experience from joinery, Fitout, carpentry company.
Must have excellent knowledge and experience of working on AutoCAD.
Prepare as Built drawing as per site conditions.
Prepare transmittal and drawing submission.
Selfreliance & ability in AutoCAD, 3D Max, 3D modelling, Photoshop Adobe.
UAE Driver's license is an added advantage.
General Knowledge of the interior fit out/joinery industry is essential.
Knowledge in Space Planning & Commercial Interior Environment, Fit out detailing, Specifications, Suppliers & Materials is necessary.
Knowledge of Quantifying the Material
Excellent English language skills
Verbal, written and spoken.
