Experience within Abu Dhabi in public and private schools, hospitals, real estate management, building management, buying and selling lands, villas and buildings, and renting apartments and health centers.

A brief of my work experience, I have 9 years in Facilities Management, Property Management and Owners Association Management industry in UAE with total experience of 13 years in MEP & HVAC Systems and I had done an extensive snagging procedures and several handovers from Developer to HOA and was responsible to prepare and auditing of Snags Reports.

I had managed several Projects in different categories:

- High Rise Towers Residential/Commercial Projects (Total 11 Towers) such as Elite Residence in Dubai Marina (87th Level Tower), ONE & Bayswater Tower by Omniyat

- Low Rise Buildings in Motor City - UP Town (Total 46 Building including the infrastructure)

- Retails Communities Developed by ALDAR Properties (Total 400 Retails)

My recent position as an Facilities and Owners Association Manager for Joya Verde Residenc
