I am strategic person with ful control over hr functions. during my stay at national radio and telecom corporation i closely work with general manager hr for smooth implementation of hr policies, develop strategies and work on improving organizational culture, further, i worked to restructure organization and become a part of committee member; ultimately, there was 20% increase in employee retention after successful altering heirarchy with seven layer herairchy level, further during my work at szabist i manage hr policies, recruitment, documentation, prepare contract letter, writing memos and notes , e minutes of meetings, leave management, onboarding, event management, documentation, 

I have done M Phil in Public Policy and master in public administration (Human resource) and higher national diploma in business studies . I also attended different hr forums and gained hr certification (Diploma in HR), result based management etc
