Raise claims to suppliers/ Shipping lines relating to discrepancy, shortage, loss, or damage of cargo. Arrange insurance for the shipments and manage the insurance claims if any. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received the stock.

Oversee cost controlling and target timelines.
