  • Saved the company an annual AED 3 million in cash flow costs by developing a tool that allowed the company to obtain payment from partner banks faster by 2 days and developed this with an effective follow up process.
  • Introduced and Implemented Trade Cycle Management principles to the business.
  • Implemented Residual Value Products such as B2C Leasing, Personal Contract Purchase, Lease Purchase and B2B Leasing.
  • ­Effectively engaging with the SMT.
  • Designed process flows and SOP’s by directing a resource to prepare in Blue Works.
  • Defined measures to help build the Residual Value matrix and calculations.
  • Designed, built and delivered the Trade Cycle Management principles project to include an effective Customer.

Finance and Insurance Manager (Toyota New and Pre-Owned Cars), May 2014 – December 2017   

 

  • Transformed a team to achieve New Car Target IPRU of AED 3550 achieved 103% consistently; Pre-Owned Target IPRU AED 1950 achieved 109% during 2017 for F and I income.
  • Average F and I income AED 440,000 per month with Finance penetration of 70% against average of 160 units per month in my team of 9 Sales Executives (6 New Car and 3 Pre-Owned).
  • Managed showroom objectives, customer satisfaction, sales forecasts, sales team diary, deliver sales training frequently and monitor test drive ratios. Achieved average test drive ratio of 17%, which was only 5% when I inherited the team. Resulting in increased unit sales and engaged the customer early to close the deal.
  • Developed and mentored a team of 9 Sales Executives to deliver on individual targets over a period of 12 months, by focusing on increasing test drive ratios, diary management and customer satisfaction
  • Recipient of the Branch Sales Manager Award for the most “Motivational Manager 2016”.
  • Effectively handled daily sales and customer meetings, sales calls and sales management tasks, increasing my team’s sales figures.
