SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Applying or Renewal of Trade license and processing necessary documentation works for company.
• Applying online visa’s processing, medical screening, bio-metrics and residency visa stamping.
• Renewal & cancellation of new or existing employee.
• Coordinate with accommodation in-charge to arrange new room and prepare all things for newly staff.
• Issuing of salary certificate, letter transfer and NOC request for bank.
• Calculation of gratuity of employee. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences,
bonus, leaves, etc).
• Maintain HR records for office staff and new hires.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating personnel activities.
• Create new personnel files. And update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Coordinate and communication with candidates and schedule for interviews.
• Online updating of new import code & renewal of import code.
• Preparation of Custom Invoices and Import-Export documentation.
• Preparing online free zone Bill of Entry & Bill of Exit after confirmation from SHARJAH custom, submitting
necessary document to custom.
• Preparing online gate pass for all the deliveries on daily basis.
• Monthly Submission of gate pass to SHARJAH custom and follow up.
• Managing all types of online payments related to customs and other departments in Saif-Zone.
