I am a higher education professional with extensive experience in institutional
accreditation, quality assurance, strategic development, project management,
marketing and community outreach. Recognized as a creative and

Experience
I have 14 years of experience in administrative management in the Higher Education sector in the United Arab Emirates.
In my current position as Manager of Support Services for the Office of the Director General, I am responsible for overseeing the administrative and strategic functions of the directorate. I work closely with departmental managers to establish and review policies, procedures and processes to make sure that they are in line with international best practices and accreditation requirements. In addition, I manage the setting and monitoring of KPIs for the academic units and I guide the decision-making process where required to assure the effectiveness of achieving objectives. I am also responsible for the process of seeking accreditation, nationally from CAA, and internationally from accrediting bodies including IADLEST and ACCSC.
Furthermore, I manage all internal and external communications for the Director General, including confidential and sensitive matters, to ensure accuracy, consistency and credibility. Moreover, I oversee all ongoing collaborative projects to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives. This includes the establishment and follow up on memorandums of understanding and partnership agreements as well as strategic corporate and social relationships and engagements.
Education
I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration. I also have training certificates in ISO 9001:2015 QMS Lead Auditor and Higher Education Teaching.
