• Analyze any related documents including plans, Specifications, Covenants and DAs for correct information.Analyze Site Plan and apply construction supports requirements such as (retaining walls, cut and fill, Hazards, type of soil needed etc.)
• Site cost Checker – Checking teammates works and sending feedbacks to ensure products is accurate as possible and to achieve the best outcome. Communicate and Liaise with different Departments such as Sales, drafting and estimating. • Documentation and Computations of progress billing for subcontractors.
• Construction Estimates for bidding (Horizontal and Vertical Projects).
• Review suppliers purchase orders and counter check orders with quality requirements.
• Implementation of Plans on site, supervise, monitor site activities and controlling materials based on actual take off and required.
• Liaising with different departments such as clients, sales, architects, and Engineers.
• Prepare cutting list of rebar’s and counter check to the actual site requirements.
