Serve as the L2&L3 for customers seeking technical assistance by dealing with ITSM tool to covers everything that falls under the IT umbrella, from incident resolution to the implementation, management, and operations of hardware and software • Provide Level 2 support for: • Expo VIP staff / consultant, third party employees including (Windows MAC, mobile phones, application support and setup meeting for VIP users). • Access points &SSID troubleshooting. • configuring and troubleshooting cisco AnyConnect for user authentication with domain controller, Configure and troubleshoot Symantec & MacAfee AV • provide daily support for expo VIP users including meetings and entire daily operation support. • Hand on experience for performing imaging for the devices using Acronis software. • Control and monitor AD manager including (Adding users to groups, managing reset password, remove users, disable users, enable users, delete computers). • Strong experience in SCCM include (patch management, remote control, deploying application, monitoring deploying and ensure the configuration, policy & patches affected from the user devices).
