Responsible for working closely with the end client on various construction and civil engineering programmes, creating detailed plans, monitoring/updating progress, critical path analysis, earned value analysis, etc.

Responsibility &Duties:

  1. Approval for civil site inspector. Checking the quality of RCC works such as Foundations, Tie beam, Columns, Beams, Retaining wall and slabs etc.
  2. Supervise the civil construction works of the assigned site as per approved drawings and materials to ensure execution of civil works in line with DM specification and scope of works.
  3. Review and understand drawing, specification & survey reports prior to start the inspection at site.
  4. Checking Reinforcement and Formworks.
  5. Checking installation offences work.
  6. Supervise the site during night time till the concrete completed.
  7. During the concrete, checkingthe slump cone test, cube follow up and casting.
  8. Material inspection as per project specification.
  9. Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
  10. Monitoring the contractor’s Quality control process, review the contractor quality control / test reports.
  11. To manage QC inspectors and to ensure that work carried out on site is in accordance to the latest approved documents e.g. Drawings, method statement, PQP, QA/QC procedures
  12. Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Specification. 
  13.  Preparing enquiry and order documents.     
  14. Maintain the daily,weekly and monthly reports to the contractor and client.
  15. Update the stages of work to the DM.
  16. Monitor and review project progress, review and verify payments to suppliers/contractors asper agreed milestones.

  18. Organize and lead all project meetings – inclusive of any necessary vendors and/or subcontractors.
  19. Coordinate with all relevant departments with connection with Quality matter.
  20. Liaise with the Client’s representative/Contractor  for the progress and issues.
  21. Check and measure the performed work and record and display progress vs. programmed work.
