• Construction Supervision of 33KV, 11KV, 6.35KV, 440V, 230V Electrical Distribution Line and 33/11KV Sub-station with associated civil works including office/ residential buildings.
• Design of 33KV, 11KV, 6.35KV, 440V, 230V Electrical Distribution lines.
• Prepare and Implement work plan to achieve progress as per target.
• Check and Recommend for approval of different studies like Voltage Drop, System Loss, Block Load, and System Improvement of different Sub-station.
• Review of Existing construction standards and recommend any better/ suitable arrangement.
• Analysis of existing Distribution System and recommend system rearrangement / new Sub-station requirements / Conductor change requirements for smooth and reliable service. 
• Installation, operation, and Maintenance of Power Transformer Single Phase, three Phases & CT, PT (33/11kV, 1.667MVA to 10 MVA).
• Testing & commissioning of 33/11 kV Sub-Station Equipment.
• Arrange & Conduct Planned Training courses for departmental staff including Training material preparation & logistic arrangement. 
   
•  Providing necessary support coordination to the Zone Engineers to ensure 100% daily coverage of Transmission Line Patrolling.
• Formulating / approving the work methods and safety requirements for urgent departmental and third-party works affecting Transmission services.
• Ensure in-time reporting of corridor violations (if any) & necessary Corrective action for clearing Violations.
• Ensure the safety of Transmission Lines (zero damage) by preventing contractors from NOC violation through implementing issued work permit conditions and by proactive actions.
• Ensure control measures to prevent NOC violation & corrective actions for violations (if any).
• Yearly workforce / financial budget preparation.
•  Time to time review of work process and finalize the proposal for revision.
• Prepare/review different presentations/reports and obtain approval from top management.
• Coordination with other departments / Government departments to execute/resolve site works/issues.
• Corrective action/reporting to management for cable / OHL abnormalities noticed by the patrollers.
• Coordinating with the parties / Contractors working near Transmission lines and providing required services.
• Developing awareness to Contractors for safety requirements to work near Transmission lines by Awareness Session, Site Meeting, and Tool Box Talk.
• Leading assigned technical reviews on work orders important to safety and reliability to verify appropriate procedures are included and referenced
