• Take-off quantities to check with BOQ quantities to value the work done for interim payment applications, purchase
materials, etc.
• Prepared BOQ by means of coordinating with all related parties, assisting in costing, pricing, and analysis of direct and
indirect costs for BOQ items.
• Identifying and analyzing variations; sending notification of variation (NOV); valuing variations; and submitting variation
with relevant documents.
• Preparing an interim payment application at the end of each month for construction work done.
• Evaluating and recommending/preparing payments to subcontractors based on actual work done, and issuing payment
requests to finance department.
• Preparing various reports such as cost report, cost to completion, and claim forecast against cash flow, etc.
• Preparing a monthly reconciliation statement for all major materials and compare them with the estimated quantity to
comply with the budget. 
Review and study tender documents: drawings, specifications, BOQ, and the conditions of the contract.
• Receiving quarries from the various tenderers, preparing answers and sending them back as tender bulletins.
• Take-off quantities and support the preparation of specifications.
• Preparing detailed BOQ in line with the scope of work and specifications.
• Preparing cost estimation reports and the budget; assisting with cost planning.
• Sending notifications of variation, confirmations of variation, and variation orders, evaluating the variations.
• Checking, reviewing, and certifying the interim payment app
