Overseeing and participating in overall preventative maintenance program and ensuring that the quality and condition exceeds company and guest expectations. Developing, implementing Safety & Environment the risk management initiatives. Implement energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expenses.
Communicate with people at all levels of the business. Undertaking inspections, carrying out accident investigations. Planning and leading projects, manage budgeting with less waste and cost. Preparing FF&E, projects cost study and CAPEX required.
Landscaping improvement to proper weather of area. Support other sister departments to achieve company vision and goals.
