My background includes conducting high-volume vehicle inspections in compliance with RTA standards, performing detailed mechanical diagnostics, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. I have hands-on experience in vehicle benchmarking, component analysis, and cost optimization for OEMs. Additionally, I have strong customer service and sales expertise, handling service coordination, job card management, upselling, and building long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and operational efficiency.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from T John Institute of Technology, completed in 2017. This academic background provided me with a strong foundation in automotive systems, manufacturing processes, and mechanical design principles, which I have successfully applied in vehicle inspection, benchmarking, and service operations. Additionally, I completed my higher secondary education from Indian Public High School in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, strengthening my technical and analytical skills.
