Title: Material Planner / Buyer/Export Control/logistics officer – Procurement and Logistics department.

Responsibilities and KPI’s:

• Vendor Management as per organization’s implemented compliance tools (ERP embedded and Mubadala’s Compliance management program).
• Material planning as per engine overhaul/repair process requirements.
• Sourcing of parts and services from OEM and third parties.
• Negotiating pricing with suppliers in conjunction with finance department.
• Cost Analysis of vendor proposals.
• Procurement of Parts. 
• Raising non-stock purchase orders.
• Supervising warehouse team for logistics coordination for receipt and despatch of parts & engines.
• Ensuring the compliance to the requirements of Export Control programs.
• Selecting logistics service providers for engines and parts shipping operations.
• Coordination with customs department for customs clearance related issues.
• Liaising with clearing agents for the release/clearance of shipments (in / out).
• Conducting operational and system inhouse audits pertaining to the shipping (in / out) processes references to CUSTOMS processes to reach ZERO findings. 

2010 Till 2015:

Turbine Services and Solutions – HIT (Heavy Industrial Turbines), (Ex. Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies), Abu Dhabi, UAE

Title: Customer Support Coordinator – Outage Projects department.

• Project coordination for both in-house and on-site projects.
• Logistics coordination for receipt and delivery of parts & engines.
• Follow-up with the customers and vendors.

2008 till 2010:

Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies (industrial Business Unit), Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Generating & maintaining the project documentation.
• Arranging the Project/ site access/entry permits.
