Job description:

Collection of Air and Sea cargo from customers houses.
Preparing of boxes before the day of dispatch. (Belting and Labelling).
Loading all the collected boxes into the airport.
Communication with customers through phone call, WhatsApp, and E-mail.
Answering inquiries and follow-ups.
Assisting my officers in documentations, filing, and other office tasks.
