I am having 15 yrs of experience in Power/Energy & Petrochemical of pre-commissioning , maintenance & trouble-shooting of Field Instrument which are given detail in my CV so please find the attachments. Experience

  • Seasoned and Accomplished Engineering Professional with expertise reflecting the year-on-year success of over 15 years in engineering design, configuration, programming, Maintenance, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and performance analysis in support of safe and reliable operations of instrumentation equipment within the complex. 
  • Knowledge in maintenance and controlling activities like instrumentation related to the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical Industry and power plants (Steam & Gas turbine).
  • Skilled in carrying out the Inspection and managing Construction related functions
  • Advanced instrumentation acumen with proven excellence and familiarity with Field Instruments like Fire & Gas detectors, Control Valves (Motorized, Pneumatic and hydraulic), Maintenance and Servicing Pneumatic and Electro-Pneumatic Positioner Maintenance and Calibration. Thermocouple, RTD, I/P Converter, Smart Type Transmitter (Pressure Temp, Flow and Level) Commissioning, Maintenance and Calibration Loop Testing Etc. Brief knowledge of field instrumentation. Can develop various documents like (I/O list, wiring diagram, Datasheet, Instrument Index, logics, Specifications etc.
  • Possessed an integrated set of competencies in reviewing performance and quality checks on service equipment during Maintenance & repair and supported the department in technical matters. A strong approach and extensive exposure instill a value-driven system to ensure assets are safe, maintained, reliable, and cost-effective.
