Position:Barista/waiter

Responsilities included:

• Welcomes customers and determining their coffee interests andneeds.

• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drinkmenu; answering questions.

• Sell coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment byexplaining differences in coffee like v60.chemex,aeropress.cold brew

• Beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewingequipment operates

• Maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.

• Calibration of the machine after 8 hrs. running and regular cleaningof the ice machine

• Preparation of other cold drinks eg, milkshakes, mojitos, freshjuices, smoothies and other drinks depending on the customers preferences

• Preparation of other orders like waffles creep pancakes and otherpastries according to the recipes

• Completely and accurately processed charges produced bills andcollected payments

• Answering phone calls and referring them to appropriate personnel
