I have 6+ years of teaching experience at post-graduation level and 2+ years of Industry experience as Associate Data Analyst. I have dealt with different subjects at semester wise such as Business Communication, Business Environment, International Business, Organization Behavior, Human Resource Management, Production and Operations Management, Financial accounting and Managerial Economics, Training and development. I am the coordinator for events conducted at National level. I contribute myself at the departmental level such as departmental accreditation work, Coordinator for R&D. Also, in-charge of documenting students details such as attendance, internal and external exam marks, event details, seminars information. Conducted field trips to different industries such as Production, Pharma and IT industry. 

In my IT role, I have dealt with different tickets created by Microsoft Power BI customers. Connected with them, identify the issue on call technically resolve the issue with in a given span of time. I have closely work with Microsoft Team to get the knowledge and alternative solutions for the customer issue. In case of any bugs escalate the issue to Microsoft Team to get the fix date. In the mean time maintain good rapo with the customers and share require details of the process. Once the issue got fixed, archive the details for future use.

I have a diverse background in management, education, and technology. With over two years as an Assistant Manager, I focused on team development, profit optimization, and customer issue resolution. In academia, I managed an MBA E-Magazine and coordinated entrepreneurship programs. As an Associate Software Engineer on a Microsoft Power BI project, I provided technical support and guidance for business admins, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
