  • Typing Offer Letter, Work Permit, Payment, New Labour Contract, Renew Labour Contract, Fine Payment, License Update, Modify License, QuotaApply, Quota Modify,PRO Card, NationalLabour Contract, Renew National Labour Contract, GCC Labour Contract,Cancellation, All kind of Transactions.


 

  • Processing of Power of Attorney, Online Appointment and other Transactions) JudicialDepartment
  • Process all the transaction of Economic Department (License Apply, Renew License, Modify and other Transactions)
  • Coordinate with HR department and liaise with stakeholders
  • Facilitate complexmedical / policeprocedures on event of deathof any employee or next to kin.
  • Be up to date concerning any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws/rules/regulations, changes in forms/formats, and other procedures, and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes.
  • Complete departure and exit formalities for employees after the cancellation of visas.
  • Process quota application (new/modification).
  • Collect and give regularupdates on all work and migration standards from the government officesto keep the HR office well informed for any changes in procedures and rules.
  • Submit, follow-upand gather all new work and businessvisas to guaranteethat the visas are handledand processed on time.
  • Responsible for coordinating and liaising betweenthe company and Government organizations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
  • Provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other gov’t related procedures.

The ever-changing government rules and regulations requires the post-holder to be abreast of updates on information / documents and at times certain jobs have to be tacked efficiently without much notice.
