• IQA (Internal Quality Assurer) plays a great role in monitoring the quality of assessments to ensure consistent and reliable assessment judgments are made by assessors. Analyzing data highlights any problems, trends, and development needs of any Assessors. Review the quality of the team and individuals to ensure the achievement of all key performance indicators/objectives and to address any underperformance. Facilitate the staff to improve their performance by establishing continuous-self-development process worksheets and assessments that would help staff and management to assess the quality of knowledge a staff member needs. Assure a regular update to the institute's policies to meet the recent changes and requirements for the business's needs. Play a major role to make sure the outcomes of the institute are accomplished.
• Certified tester and trainer for ICDL. My preparation and the conducting of ICDL materials from the ground up, helped me to establish a great smooth teaching methodology that helps students to learn and understand the ICDL modules on different levels of their technical lives. Students would gain theoretical knowledge and practical training to implement ICDL modules into their work lives.
• I facilitate students in the preparation for their IELTS test. Providing them with a comprehensive study plan to be a good effective listener, reader, speaker, and writer by providing them with the proper study tools. This way will help students to be ready to take the IELTS test with confidence in themselves. My initiation of the course materials and supplementary resources for ESL students will give the students the chance to develop a high-speed strategy for learning, speaking, reading, and writing English.
