• Review the company debtor list.
• Contact customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advise customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
• Negotiate suitable payment plans.
• Maintain customer payment records.
• Write notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
• Start legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.
• Respond to customer queries.
• Contact lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.
• Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.
• Excellent negotiating skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.                                                               Always work with late portfolios, while exceeding the X portfolio, with knowledge and experience in working in different portfolios
• Making discount and settlement notes for clients in accordance client (companies, individuals, or credit cards).with the terms and conditions (Internal Memos - waives)

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Suez Canal University, Egypt - 2003. 
• Diploma in Accounting Relationships Management KATE Institute, Cairo, Egypt-2006.
