2018 - present. I work as a Freelance Fitness Trainer & Nutritionist 

• I design personalized programs and nutritional plans based on each client's needs and goals to achieve best results life style.


• I follow up on a daily basis from once to twice a day to make sure they are following the program guidelines, in good state of mind and to always keep them motivated.


• I provide my clients with different tips and informations on a daily basis to get them understand more about their bodies and to maintain healthy life style.
