• Responsible for procurement perfumes for more than 40 Stores in Saudi Arabia of perfumes and gift sets specials of Reef Company.
• Responsible for purchasing of more than 50 varieties with quantities that can exceed 1 million pieces per year and are all manufactured with more than 30 suppliers.
• Negotiate major purchases, develop the general agreements with suppliers, and engage in all aspects of contract management.
• Manage purchase requisitions/orders and review supplier financial statements/reports and evaluate overall suppliers’ cooperation.
• Evaluate cost and quality of materials, equipment, products and generate and review invoices, work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts.
• Full knowledge of shipping and customs clearance systems, documents and procedures required for the Saber and Fasah system
