Additionally, I possess qualifications as a Chartered Construction Manager in the UK, Chartered Building Engineer in the UK, International Professional Engineer in New Zealand, APEC Engineer in New Zealand, and ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems.

With over twenty-nine years of experience, including eighteen years in the UAE, I have solid expertise in Design Management, Operation Management, Design Review, Project Management, Infrastructures and Civil Design, Master Planning and Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Inspection, Value Engineering, and Dispute Resolution. I have successfully overseen teams of up to 50 engineers, CAD technicians, and administrators, consistently delivering projects within specified standards, budgets, and schedules and handling commercial contracts, tendering, and disputes related to design, construction, and assets.

My experience covers sectors like residential, hotels, commercial, mixed-use, communities, government, industrial, Metro, tunnels, trams, power generation, and the development and renovation of historical buildings in Egypt and Russia (100 to 1000 years old buildings.) Furthermore, I have contributed to developing codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi, spearheaded Business Process Re-Engineering initiatives in multiple government projects, and pioneered the development of workflow and online systems related to some projects. I am recognized as a subject matter expert in this field.
