Responsibilities: 

• Collecting, managing, and converting raw data into information the organization parties can interpret. 
• Implement methods to improve data reliability and quality. 
• Design and implement data warehouses.
•  Develop ETL solutions.
•  Build data cubes for analysis. 

Projects:

• Contact Center (outbound) data warehouse and analysis cube:
  Digital Transformation Unit
  Collecting all leads and the outbound activities carried out on them through the medical and non-medical CRM teams, and showing the achievement of each department and the details for each campaign, lead source, activity, and agent.
• PACS and Healthcare Systems:
  R & D Department
  Integrating data from PACS (picture archiving and communication system) with the main healthcare system by loading all the medical imaging data and patient episodes in a data warehouse. the data cube shows the number of series per patient, TAT, and the compliance percentage of written reports per physician. 
• CPG Care Calendar: 
  Digital Transformation Unit 
  Extract the CPG (Clinical Practice Guidelines) details such as services, date, frequency, and duration. Determine the date of all upcoming visits according to the frequency and duration, and load all findings into a data warehouse. extract reports show the most commonly used CPGs, the percentage of compliance with the request guidelines out of the actual number of visits per physician, financial return, or potential loss in cases of order and non-ordered CPGs.
