He has successfully led and managed the design and execution of various high-profile projects, including the Sports Boulevards in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the Lahore Time Square Master Plan in Lahore, Pakistan. My responsibilities have encompassed the development of feasibility studies and business cases aligned with organizational objectives and targeted ROI, planning, program management, stakeholder management, procurement, and design and construction management. I have adeptly managed and delivered numerous projects across public and private sectors, each with unique timelines, standards, budgets, and requirements.

My expertise lies in executing challenging ground-up high-rise and refurbishment projects in a 24/7 live operational environment with high security. My experience in the hospitality and mixed-use sectors is enriched by collaborations with 5- star world-class hotel developers and operators such as Kempinski, Dorchester, Jumeirah, Widus, and White-Labels Resort.

Furthermore, I have contributed to the museum sector by working on the Museum of the Future (MOTF), acclaimed as the most beautiful building on earth. I have also served Meraas on their prestigious and luxurious residential project in Dubai, City Walk. My retail experience is broad, having worked with Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC), Majid Al Futtaim in Mall of the Emirates, Omniyat, Emaar, and Shamal.
