•Utilize SolidWorks software to develop detailed designs and drawings for aluminum parts and components that involve bending processes.

•Work closely with engineering teams to understand design requirements, material specifications, and project objectives.

•Delivered eight  projects, starting with design using SolidWorks software, creating the cam files using ArtCam  software, and running the files using six CNC router machines.

•the prototyping phase by creating 3D models and prototypes of aluminum parts to validate design concepts and manufacturing feasibility.

•Optimize designs for the aluminum bending process, considering factors such as material properties, bending radius, tooling limitations, and manufacturing capabilities.

•Set up CNC routers for aluminum machining operations, including loading raw materials, securing work pieces, and installing cutting tools.
