❖ Technical:
- Acted as frontline technical support by receiving all sales enquiries and advice the correct product to be
used based on: application, OEM recommendation and competitor’s equivalent products in use.
- Review the technical requirements of tenders.
- Conducted regular visits to existing clients and check their requirements and if any complaints regarding
technical related issues to solve it to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proposed the opportunities and range of products to be applied by which can get new clients and
increase the company revenue.
- Assisted the technical manager in issuing and updating the PDS & MSDS’s of products, training andspread the technical knowledge of products to sales staff and clients. Also, follow-up on validity of OEM approvals
and coordinate with the manager to apply for its renewal.
❖ Sales:
- Handled for limited period B2B (industrial and government) clients by receiving their enquiries,
recommend the products, prepare the price quotations per the received RFQs.
- Assisted the export manager by handling accounts of some Arabian & African countries, suggest the
products, issue the price quotation, the proforma and commercial (final) invoices, also coordinating with

rd party labs the procedures of collecting the samples of consignment and get the certificates of
conformity.
- Developed the oil analysis service by attracting new clients for regular OCM and achieved increase in the
revenue by 400% annually form this service.
❖ Condition Monitoring:
- As Certified Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA-II, ICML), I was responsible for managing the oil condition
monitoring service by receiving the samples of clients from: Upstream, drilling, Industrial & Automotive
sectors, log its data to LIMS, coordinate with lab to get the results and Interpretate it for further action to
be taken.

❖ Quality Control:
- Performed the physical and chemical analysis for raw materials: additives & base oil to confirm its specs
as per the supplier datasheet and certificate of conformity to release it to warehouse.
- Conducted the tests (physical & chemical) for the blended oil samples, and finish products of
lubricants and grease and control its quality as per ASTM, and IP Standards to ensure that it match
the approved formulation.
- Assisted the Senior Chemist in conducting the calibration of the instruments as per the schedule.
- Did the analysis for the used oil samples for oil condition monitoring purposes and send the reports
to the technical services department.
- QMS internal auditor: team member and team leader for internal audit for the requirements of the
quality management system per ISO 9001 & 14001.

❖ Operation:
- Startup and shutdown the plant (Chemical Treatment Unit & Nano-filtration Unit).
- Controlled the water treatment process.
- Monitored and record the reading of pressure gauges and flowmeters.
- Monitored the stock and prepared the chemical solutions (Ferric Chloride, Ferrous Sulphate & Lime) for
the chemical treatment unit.
- Prepared the monthly report of production for Treated & Soft Water.
❖ Quality Control:
- Controlled the quality of water fed to production, chillers & boilers.
- Conducted the quality tests by checking the: TDS, pH, Total Alkalinity, Total Hardness, Chlorides,
Free Chlorine, Manganese and Iron over all units (Sand Filter, Nanofilteration, Buffer Tank and Ion
exchangers).
❖ Maintenance:
- Performed the required maintenance as:

- Regenerations for ion exchangers.
- Backwash of Sand filters, Sanitation & Backwash of activated carbon filter, cleaning & Sanitation of Nanofiltration membranes.
- Replacement of polisher filters cartridges and UV lambs
