Full-Stack Javascript Developer

The company specializes in business-to-business interactions and uses a mobile application to link auto repair shops with suppliers of spare parts.

Responsibilities:

- Redesigned and redeveloped the previous mobile application by including React Native, Expo, MobX, and TypeScript.
- Responsible for the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of the backend system, which was built with Node.js, Express, Feathers.js, and TypeScript.
- Designed, implemented, and continue to maintain the database layer by using MongoDB.
-Involved in the development and evolution of the front-end, back-end, and database layers of the application.
- Added more than fifteen additional features to the stack.
- Added support for payments within the app via Stripe.
- Took part in weekly code reviews that were carried out by two senior developers in order to ensure the high quality of the code as well as the efficiency of the system.
- Utilizing Sentry, I ensured that the stack maintained its performance and responsiveness.
- Composed both manual and automated unit tests for the codebase in order to ensure that it is of the highest possible standard.
