  • Manning in different places like Malls, Open places for sales or promotions.
  • Team building to collaborate the whole member of the team, For planning techniques for sales.
  • Present the most suitable properties to fit their buying profile. Available Real Estate included           Condos, Apartments, Town Houses and Villas.

          Ensure full details of Contracts, along with all supporting documents were

          completed accurately and passed to the Company for execution.

  • Management, training and Development of subordinates to create an effective Sales Team
  • Identify potential buyers for RLC developments in Philippines through network of personal connections, social media and promotional events.

         Present full details of the available developments, along with the present and          future potential benefits for investment in Philippine Real Estate. Understand            the potential buyer’s needs, budget and prime reasons for purchase. Present            the most suitable properties to fit their buying profile. Available Real Estate              included Condos, Apartments, Town Houses and Villas

          Close Sales using Company’s proven procedures and my own interpersonal             skills.
