I am 200 hours Yoga Alliance teacher trainer, experienced group pilates instructor, pranayama and meditations practitioner. 
I began my journey with pilates when I was in my teens and have over 1000 hours of study, practice and teaching experience. I believe in spreading positivity through pilates sessions and help my students stay healthy, fit and happy.
