I'm Akhil Raj from India and I have completed my graduation in mechanical Engineering. For the past 6+ years, I have been working in production industry in Companies like Glastronix LL and Microtech Engineering. In the last company Glastronix, I reduced cost of production by 20% in the execution stages of various projects by value engineering. During this period, I have attended so many  training sections related to 5S, Kaizen, lean and six sigma.

2. Ensure all operations are carried out in safe, productive manner.

3. Prepare project time lines and make projection adjustments as necessary.

4. Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.   

5. Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.

6. Responsible for resolving quality related issues with respect to the quality requirements.

7. Responsible for reducing work space, man power and improving cycle time of processes.

8. Responsible for achieving target as per plan.

9. Customer communication regarding delivery and quality related details.

10. Responsible for the supply chain management.

11. Responsible for monitoring and controlling all process related to assigned project.
