My professional philosophy is centered on a single belief: the most effective are born where data analysis and human understanding intersect. I purposefully pursued dual Master's degrees, first in Education and then in Business Analytics, to build a career on this foundation. This unique combination allows me to see the story behind the statistics. For example, at World Vision Australia, my role was to understand the story behind declining donor retention. By blending quantitative analysis of donor journeys with an understanding of the non-profit's mission, I uncovered the core drivers of disengagement. Presenting these complex findings in a clear, accessible way enabled a complete strategic pivot. This ability to translate data into strategy is central to my work, whether I am gathering requirements for new academic programs at Plaksha University or developing evidence-based policy recommendations for the ILO.
