Present property descriptions and legal testimony either in Dubai or Sharjah and Abu-Dhabi (Filled and settled lawsuit challenges in adherence to Tenancy Laws of the RDC).
provide risk assessments and other policies with legal significance and advice on general commercial law.
Advise and inform the management and departments representatives on all legal issues and propose amendments by conducting legislative research.
Liaises and follows up with external counsel/law firm (Assure all necessary actions are implemented as per court’s decision during the trail process).
Writing petitions and legal memos and following up their submission with the external law firms
Led the process of fillings and attending lawsuits for clients from commercial sectors in UAE courts (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah)
Researched and prepared a verdict in coordination with the respective department and utilized in favour of the company. Directed various disputes in respective courts and advised actions to avoid or minimize disputes and litigation time and expenses.
Participate in various external law firms meeting to learn new and stay updated on latest rules and regulations to provide the company with best
