Live Operations Lead Tryzens India Private Ltd , Trivandrum , Kerala Good Very Good Very Good Very Good Average I joined this company on Sep 15th 2021and currently leading a team of around 12 members. Here we have around 27 clients from different ecommerce background and we provide support for their ecommerce websites. Most of the websites are configured on SFCC(Sales Force Commerce Cloud) and rest are configured on Magento. Our developers have created these websites on these platforms and my team provides support for the same. We are having 24*5 operational support for these websites and always make sure that the sites are operational and no issues are there in order placement or site experience.
