• Perform administrative and clerical tasks related to warehouse operations,
including data entry, filing, and document control
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management
systems (WMS) or spreadsheets
• Assist in the coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments, including
preparing dispatch documents, delivery notes, and receiving reports
• Liaise with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely and
accurate dispatch and receipt of goods
• Monitor stock levels and support regular cycle counts and physical
inventory checks
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of inventory items
• Generate and maintain reports on inventory status, delivery schedules, and
shipment tracking
• Support compliance with health and safety policies within the warehouse
environment
• Respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries,
