Good knowledge of L-band (Inmarsat I3/I4), Ku-band(ViaSat/Yonder/Panasonic) and a good theoretical knowledge but had not that much practice troubleshooting Ka-band equipment onsite (Inmarsat I5 Jet ConneX, the new generation high speed satcom system). Good knowledge of FANS and Link2000 operation, both theoretically and practically.
Aircraft Earth Stations (Cobham, Rockwell Collins, Thrane&Thrane, Honeywell etc.) Datalink Units and In Flight Entertainment equipment troubleshooting on wing.
Telephone technical assistance support 24/7 on the matter of Satcom terminals, datalink units and cabin equipment, like router or satcom telephone system, issues worldwide.
