I have done Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management (GDHM Level 6) from COTHM. I have worked for almost an year in the related field as i have worked for about 3 months on the Front Office/Reception as a receptionist and have also worked for almost 5 months in the F&B department as a waiter. Other than this i have worked in a Call center for about 5 months as a service representative. I am the most suitable person for this job as i have served in a delightful manner in my previous job and also have satisfied the guests and management as well. In my previous job I have also worked in much stressfull environment with a great pressure but didn't allowed any guest or management to make any complaint by providing them all best services. If u give me a chance to work in your property as a team with other members i assure u that I will not disappoint u in any manner.

I have worked as a receptionist in a 4 star property and I have also worked in the same property in the F&B department as a waiter and also used to handle the breakfast buffet in the morning shift as a shift in-charge for almost an Year . Other than this I have worked in a call center too for almost 5 months as a representative.

I have done intermediate (FSC)         Pre-Engineering. After that i am having a Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management (GDHM-level6) from COTHM(College of Tourism and Hotel Management)
