Soliciting the technical specifications from lighting designers and consultants • Providing lighting design and specification on the basis of project requirements using Dialux & Relux. • Specifying the suitable lighting fixtures or alternatives to such specifications considering environmental condition. • Writing formal documents such as technical submittals, compliance sheets and proposals. • Technical submittals review incompliance with international standards and project • Interface with the factory and OEM to resolve design issues and top remote new design concepts • Providing assistance to the site engineers/supervisors regarding lighting system installations • Providing technical clarification to Client/Consultant • Directly dealing with manufacturer for purchasing light fitting according to specification • Prepare in grand presenting potential cost benefit analysis to potential clients • Travelling to visit potential clients • Maintaining professional working contact with key suppliers and third parties • Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions • Dealt with manufacturer directly with some of the following well-known brands of Lighting fixtures SWITCHMADE, SIDE,THORN,BOLUCE,IVELA,IDEALLUX COMPARLUX,ATM,DELTALIGHT,PUK,FAELUCE,IDEALLUX,IGUZZINI,WIBRE, EGOLUCE,EGLO, IVELA, ZUMTOBEL & Others
