B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture  having more than  8 years’ Experience in the field of construction and maintenance, site supervision, coordination, mid management of Soft Landscaping, Irrigation system within a Multinational Organization in a wide Client Environment and Engineering Roles like Abu Dhabi municipality, Dubai municipality Emmar Covering Construction and maintenance of Soft and Indigenous Landscaping, Also has been involved in Development of Joint Health, Safety and Environment Initiatives, Fully conversant with Health & Safety Culture and awareness and able to ensure compliance with the HSE standards.

• Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site/facilities in order to meet client requirements for construction and maintenance works.
• Execute soft landscape works in specifics with Architects/Consultants to achieve client requirements.
• Daily routine work supervision like grass cutting, hedge cutting, tree pruning, machinery and irrigation systems maintenance etc.
• Identification of disease, insect and mal nutrition symptoms of all ornamental plants and advice rectification remedy.
• Advice on the application of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides and fertilizers according to the site situation and requirements.
• Supervises and monitor the site labor force through Supervisors/Foreman; for all landscape construction from shop drawing till hand over.
• To aid design on site as well as will have role there coordinating supervisors, labors etc. and liaising with Project Manager of Sustainable Earth.
• Prepares necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by Consultant.
• Manpower, material and machineries arrangement to carry out the work.
• Technical site surveying for variation and up gradation of landscape and irrigation works.
• Raising RFI’s and closing of NCR’s for the sites.
• Coordination with the suppliers for raising quotations and LPO’s.
•  Supervision on design implementation phase of landscape construction projects.
• Meetings with client & consultants.
• Develops relationship with the Project Managers and prepare periodical reports on the progress of work.
• To help prepare shop drawings, submittals, coordinate between the engineers, ideally to have practical construction experience.
• Coordinate of teams as per program requirements.
• To identify, coordinate procurement of materials as per program requirements.  
• Preparation and submitting of monthly landscape and irrigation maintenance improvement reports for invoice submission.
• Plan and prepare a preventive maintenance schedule for soft landscape & Irrigation.
• Implementation and follow-up of maintenance schedule.
• Daily routine work supervision like grass cutting, hedge cutting, tree pruning, machinery and irrigation systems maintenance etc.
