- Coordinate office or general clerical duties, Day to day work depending on the company requirement. Processing LPO & Document or Paper work and answering department questions.
- Follow RTA related works vehicle registration, Passing, Mulkiya renewal and Traffic fines as RTA portal online system. Dubai trade portal and Dubai customs online system for shipment clearance.
- Vehicles repair and maintenance, Service, Accident repair with follow insurance process.
- Communicate work orders and observe workflow progress on the shop to ensure the work is completed to specified requirements in a timely manner.
- Route planning & dispatching, Assign and instruct drivers for delivery to customers all over in UAE.
- Ensure to receive all phone calls from drivers on routes if any issues during delivery to customers.
- Maintain and update vehicles all repair (Expenses) information and parts inventory in system.
- Liaise with departments in drivers & Transportation related matters.
- Sound decision making and problem solving skills.
- Receive or collection Cash / Chegue, POD and Invoice submit to management on daily basis.
- Fleet monitor report for vehicle Rep-maintenance, Tire, Fuel, SALIK and KM reading report sending to management, Monthly or weekly basis report as per require from management.
- Processing Bill Of Entry for customs documentation in Dubai Trade Portal & Dubai customs system.
- Arrange or Hire 3ton, 10ton Trucks and Trailers for moving shipments to company or customer place.
- Ensure the required document submission in Dubai customs is taking place.
- Issuing customs document and keeping a record.
- Having knowledge GPS Tracking, Routes and locations all over in UAE.

I had worked as a Fleet Admin & Transport Coordinator for the Nine (9) years' experience in Al Khayyat Investments LLC Dubai. Period July 2010 to Jan 2020. I had worked as a Sharjah Municipality 6 years’ experience in Welder cum Site Supervisor from Sharjah. Period July 2004 to May 2010. Also I have Driving License Light Vehicle - Manual from Sharjah. I have knowledge in Computer Application such as MS Office; Excel and Outlook communication, Oracle system, enhances me to study plan without missing any details from the plan.
I have know languages such as English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil. I am a fast learner with good communication skills, technical skills and good confidence level who willingly involve in complex work schedules.
