My aim is to bring out the best use of my skills and experience for the betterment of the company. Experience

  1. As a Virtual Assistant, I have assisted many clients with tasks such as Email Management & Customer Service, Web research, Social Media Page Management, WordPress Blog Updates, Email Marketing. 
  2. Internet research to retrieve contact information, such as email addresses, phone numbers, and social media profiles. 
  3. I have also worked with individual clients for their Documentation, Organisation and Prioritization of tasks. 
  4. Also, managing their emails, sorting and replying emails, scheduling meetings, managing their calendar. 
  5. Managed 100+ Social Media pages and increased likes/followers from 0 to 20000 followers over a course of 1 year, by engaging people in various interesting blogs, discounts, and images. 
  6. Worked on Amazon SEO and got the reviewers to review my client’s book and get a 5-star rating for the book. 
  7. Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with XML-based data entry on fashion magazine websites. 
  8. Retargeting.
  9. Worked on various e-commerce platforms for uploading products, images, cleaning the images, adding a suitable title and description for the product. 
  10. Provided customer service support, chat support for various clients. 
  11. Worked with Real Estate Clients in UK and USA on MLS to find suitable tenants/properties based on customer requirements and arrange for ‘Viewings’.
  12. Coordinating with tenants for their documents, organizing all documents, keeping track of their rent receipts, sending them reminder SMS/emails for paying rent, putting up advertisements for rooms before it gets vacant. 
  13. Real Estate Documentation wherein I had to transfer sensitive data between customer and clients from their housing agreement into a CRM. 
  14. Hosting webinars/podcasts for Clients. 
  15. I have also assisted my client in compiling the data for her recipe book, getting images, formatting of the book and designing the cover page of her recipe book. 
  16. Complete video editing and uploading on YouTube, or website or any other educational platform.
