1. AS Fit out Engineer :

• Responsible for checking technical designs and drawings
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Oversee project procurement management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at site.
• Providing technical advice and solving problems on site Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
• Project management and supervision skills Responsible for setting out sites and organizing facilities for smooth execution of site work.
• Coordinate the flow of collated communication both internally and externally as required to provide proper information of the projects.
• preparing any follow-on action recommendations
• Liaison with appointed project assurance representatives to assure the overall direction and integ0.rity of the project
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences of the company to provide proper information dissemination to concerned parties of the projects.
• Liaison with UAE authorities (DM-DCD-DEWA-Trakhees-DDA)
