Experience

- Regularly calling on prospective clients at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services.
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for the company needs.
- Regularly calling on existing clients to identify new hiring managers at client locations to obtain and/or close agreements for services.
- Research and choose job advertising options.
- Establishing client expectations and effectively communicating to appropriate parties.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to –hire and cost-to-hire)
- Advising clients on staffing solutions.
- Knowledge of labor legislations
- Actively promoting WINNING EDGE Staffing services through participation in professional associations, trade shows and other public relations opportunities.
- Work with a team of recruiters to identify potential candidates for positions and work with them to facilitate the process of interviewing, submitting, and hiring.
- Mentor & Motivate recruiters
- Meet or exceed target KPI's (new requisitions, submissions, interviews, placements)
