Site Engineer - Dorsal United - November 2016 to April 2021

• Producing technical drawings based on rough sketches, specifications, calculations, and site visits.
• Prepare shop drawings, as build drawings and design proposals to meet the project needs.
• In Charge of the Detailing, Fabrication, and installation on site of the Steel structures produced by the company.
• Management of the Fabrication process in the Factory from the Ordering of the material through fabrication to the finalization and delivery/installation of the Product on site.
• Management of workers (Scheduling & Distributing manpower (50-70) according to Production & Site priorities).
• Preparing progress reports and all-inclusive time schedule sheets from the shop drawing phase through the production and installation, to the finalization and handing over of the projects.
• Pricing and preparation of "BoQ"s for intended construction projects and Clients.
• Coordinated information between different departments within the Factory and with external relevant parties.
• Overlooked the construction site to ensure precise measurements for the manufacturing, and the proper implementation and installation of the then produced items.
• Controlling overheads of 350,000 USD per year.

Site Engineer - Concept Office - July 2015 to August 2016

• Analyze structures and design reinforcement elements and provide final drawings, evaluate buildings durability.
• Adjusting the measurements of the proposed designs/blueprints.
• Project sites inspection, checking progress and assuring Health & Safety practices are followed on site.
• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Solid understanding and execution of civil works including blockwork, masonry, floor work, painting, kitchen, false ceiling, carpentry, aluminum, metal, and glasswork.
• Make sure the materials that are used are according to the country standards, and inspect materials and approve/reject them.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and outside contractors.
• Design and distribute work orders.
• Create technical packages and proposals as well as budget plans.
• Identify & access all the risks including cost & timing after award of the project.
• Site supervision during projects construction and attending casting stages.
